Our organization provides education and support for its members to implement best practices that will improve their work environment and we develop social programs that support the communities we serve.

Our educational programs support Long Term Care Administrators, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. We also offer students pursuing careers in health care mentorship, scholarship, internship, and other opportunities for advancement.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Black Long Term Care Executives is to promote excellence in leadership in the delivery of long term care services. Our plan is to invest in educational and professional goals and
reach all dimensions of success.
Our mission is to:

Identify and unite Black Long Term Executives administrators and other professions.

Provide and promote continuing education to its members.

Develop and promote a forum in which ideas and experiences are disseminated and shared.

Encourage and assist black and brown people in expressing an interest in pursuing a career in long term care administration.

Encourage members to seek and/or maintain membership in other healthcare organizations.

Assess common needs of black long term care administrators and develop strategies for providing assistance.
